User Persona

Out user research and observed behavior patterns we conclude that our users run into a dilemma (cognitive pain of making me think too long…) trying to reset their choices.
Solution: Adding a reset icon with Tool-Tip ONLY when the user clicks their first choice.

Two end solutions to fix the reset of the radio-buttons.
First, presenting a reset/ refresh icon with Tool-Tip only visible when the user clicks their first choice.
Second, presenting an Undo button at the end of the button group, always visible.
Solution: To keep the application clean while considering our users learning curve, we decide to go for the first solution with the refresh icon.

Supporting our users by offering quick access to use commands related to the current context while staying on the same page.

Out user research and observed behavior patterns we conclude that our users not always know the patient’s full name, birthdate, address etc when trying to get a medicine for their family or neighbors.
Solution: To support their needs we developed Autocomplete/ suggestions search as-you-type with part of name or any other query terms while presenting suggestions with a fully keyboards support for our power users to save their time and work efficiently.

Out our first user research and observed behavior patterns we conclude that our power users who works hours per day with the application have the needs to work with keyboards, to save homing time between mouse/ keyboard switch.
Solution: Adding a keyboard shortcut (bold & underline for drempelvrij visibility). For navigation and main pages actions.
